I’m looking to finance 205 acres of raw land in Ventura County CA (adjoining Camarillo). The land will be developed into agricultural ground (already has proper zoning).
Purchase price 3.8MM.
Seller will carry up to 1.29MM
Looking for 55%-65% LTV on a first lien. We can bring funds to the deal for downpayment or funding of interest reserve if necessary.
