Jim, just curious how you set up your working credit line. Do you do it in your name or in a corp. name? Properties you hold do you have any trouble refinancing to a permanent loan?

Ricky
I will simply refer you two urls:
www.creonline.com/ss-74.htm
www.creonline.com/wwwboard/messages/91843.html

and the following is an except from part 2 of the lenders are fighting to give me money success story:

Picking up where the first story left off, I?ll just say that the expected results have been achieved although my overall goals have significantly changed. Since that first leap into multi-unit residential properties I have acquired 27 additional units. In this process I have succeeded in getting two local bank?s full support, I have had to assemble a much larger team to keep things flowing smoothly, and have now reached a point where I jokingly say I?m beating away the lenders. I must admit that I never expected to see the day when I?d have this kind of problem but I like life better this way. I find myself looking at everything in life in whole new way, I can?t seem think inside the box any anymore. My investments have taken on a life of their own with each new acquisition driving the next. What a rush it?s been getting out of one comfort zone and finding that you quickly adapt to the next.

Here’s one comment we got from an attendee:

"Let’s put it in perspective: I was in the middle of three deals, took time off work and drug my family to a city I never wanted to visit. Would I do it again? ABSOLUTELY!
I attended mainly to draw on the resources of Terry and Ed. I was expecting the seminar to be just a bonus. I never even knew a working line of credit could exist for investors. When I heard that, I wanted the information NOW!

Although the seminar format was different than I expected, I gained the knowledge to increase my income by 5 x’s this year. So how do you place a value on that, 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, 50,000? How can I place a value on getting a loan that I would have never gotten if I hadn’t attended the seminar? I guess it is a perception of value thing, and what you do with the information!"
