Hi Ed,
I met you last year at the convention. I felt too green to take advantage of your course back then but I have a couple more deals under my belt and am looking at a joint venture that will be limited by my current funds. A substantial credit line would be very good right now. Please don’t make us wait until November. I will go to Atlanta or even Mt. Everest if necessary. Thanks for your consideration.
