In regards to the seller or the property? I would think that if you were provided information that is factually untrue about the property then that would be grounds for breach of contract.
But, if it’s something about the seller rather than the property then I wouldn’t think that would be reason enough.

If I want to rescind a contract based on misleading/bogus information in regards to the seller, am I entitled to get my earnest money back?
