I purchased a duplex with a small above ground swimming pool. The tenants who have been there 20 years put up the pool. It is fenced in. Im assuming this could be a potential problem.(liability) ANy suggestions? Thanks, Mary

Since it was already there you could say that your insurance won’t cover it (whether it does or not) then have them get their own policy, with lots of liability or they have to take it down. I did that with one who asked before they moved in and it worked OK until they moved out and I had to take down and junk the pool.
