opprotunity to purchase dulex for 55,000 to 65,000. Able to pull rent of 500 to 600 per unit. Building will require some work such as; shingles, some updating in bathrooms, etc… Figure an update repair cost of no more than 10 - 15,000. What are some options for freeing up the 10 to 15,000.
