It’s time to expand buying power. Think about family and friends that might be interested in loaning you the necessary $$$. Structure a loan agreement with them and give them a decent interest rate. If it’s a good deal, the $$ will come as you look for it.

I am interested in someone being a partner with me on a duplex the selling price in 25,000.00 it is a very small amount and it is located in Buffalo New York. The seller will not take a note. He wants cash now. I cannot qualify for any loans at this time.
