Hay Guys,
I ran into a guy who wants to sell his duplexes. He has it under a loan with several other of his houses. Which he has to see if the bank will release part of the homes to sell. The Duplexes are not 100% ready for my lender to do financing on them. Can I get some help on trying to figure out how to do this deal, the guy is motivated. The seller doesnot have the money to bring the properties up to 100%.Around 4,000 would bring them up to 100%, and I can’t get finaning on them untill they are 100%
