I am looking for financing options on a Duplex (2 bedroom 1 bath) in Indianapolis, IN. Seller is looking for $120,000, this is average for the area. The duplex has long term tenants and is bringing in $1200 a month. This is under the market rate, but I would probably leave it as is to keep these tenents. I am looking for a 0% down program if possible. I can afford to be a little upside down, since this is my first investment property. There is no outstanding maintenance. My FICO is around 740, and should be going up soon. I am bringing in around $65000 annually. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
