Verify the encroachment.Does it encroach on the adjacent property or on the setback limits? If it is on the property boundary, when you go to sell one or the other you can include an easement in the paperwork. If it encroaches on the setback limits, you can propably gt a variance from the city/town if there isn’t one already. Since you’ll own both properties it should be easy. Unless, of course, you’d rather move the driveway.
I am buying two adjacent properties from one owner. One of the property’s driveways appears to encroach on the other property. Will this cause any issues down the road when I try to sell one or the other?
