After the courts found the Pledge of Allegiance “unconstitutional” it just proved to me that time and time again that some of these liberal wacko judges are really just total idiots. Give me a break. What morons are putting these guys on the bench in the first place?

I love it. Some judges have no clue and rule by their emotions. Its about time someone that feels like he is treated unjust sticks it to them.
If will send shockwaves through the judicial system and they will pay more attention to the matters at hand, such as the wording of what both parties agree too in a contract.

Since the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional because of “under God”, then money will be unconstitutional because of “In God We Trust”.
So if you ever get sued, motion to have the case dismissed because it is unconstitutional under religious beliefs that you don’t believe in MONEY! Therefore it would be unconstitutional for any court to order you to pay any money! LOL
Now if you want to sue for good and services in lieu of money then fine! But you can’t sue for money since that is unconstitutional! LOL

I’m at least happy that this judge had enough courage to put his ruling on hold while he has his decision reviewed by some people with a little common sense. I guess they call it political correctness taken to the utter extremes.

This entire lawsuit will be based on the use of “I do not believe” and “Money” being used in the same sentence.
This has caused me great emotional distress and am flabbergasted that those words are making my ears bleed.

Wayne, Please ammend the complaint to a class action suit. Have your attorny post an ad in all the major newspapers in the country to find others like you, and me. I want to be a part of this suit.
I think Johnboy did it with malicious intent to harm those of us on the west coast. Besides civil prosecution, I wonder if there are laws to stop him in a criminal suit and put this guy behind bars!
