I saw Dolf at a Robert Kiyosaki 3-day convention I went to in Arizona in Oct. 2001. He really is quite fun to listen to. He’s a native of New Zealand.

I bought his Real Estate Riches Book, his Property Investors course (consists of 10 CD’s) and his REAP (Real Estate Analyzing software). I recently sold the book and CD’s on ebay. I personally think he charges too much for the information you get on the CD’s. He basically talks mostly about buying property using conventional methods. I have learned much more just reading this sight than what I did from his products.

Just my 2 cents.

Does anyone know anything about Dolf de Roos? I don’t see any mention of him or his program on this site, but I’m wondering if anyone has tried his program.

Bobert Bruss slammed him in a book review; and I find Bruss pretty reliable.

Hey, I’ve read Real Estate riches on the rich dad poor dad series. I agree with everything he talks about. So you have read his book?
