Hi,

I am looking in to starting REI in New York. I have been trying to educate myself on the benefits of incorporating.

Living in the wonderful state of new York, I was wondering if it makes sense to register in Nevada and go through the hassle of being a Foreign Corporation?

It seems there aer just as many taxes to pay for doing business in NY as a foreign corp.

Any thoguhts?
