I just did a wwwBigBook.com search and came up with 17 Mobile Home Parks in a 25 mile radius of Albany New York. I’m sure that there has to be some motivated sellers in a pond that size.

I live in the capital district in NY. Which is the Albany area and Saratoga Springs area. I live in Saratoga. I was talking to our RE investor who is a creative investor and he says his deals work in areas where mobile homes are much more prevalent like the south and Indiana. That here his methods would not have much use. I wonder if he has made a correct statement.
