Hey Philip, I just called Conseco, and got ahold of Ed Wilhelm, the guy whose number you gave me, on the first ring. He isnt in charge of the STL area, but gave the extensions of the 2 guys who are, Chris Gardner x136, and Bob x101. He sent me the list of homes aval currently in STL if you are interested.

Is there some special method for getting a return call from a Conseco guy? People who know him seem to like him. Maybe he just doesn’t like the sound of my voice!
Maybe I will have my wife call…used to work collecting pay when I was self-employed. Girls are so much more pleasant for phone work!

My partner WENT to the local Conseco office, where we used to be able to pick up lists-- and was turned away. They were not generating lists or really accepting offes, at least not last month. The person she spoke with there was willing to run a search on one park we like, there was nothing there and that was all the time he had to spare.
We decided he was too busy looking for another job to help us…

Alot of praying wouldn’t hurt. A buddy of mine who deals in moblies once called CIT 45 times before he made contact with the person who could make a decision.
Same with Canseco. And you wonder why they are in bankruptcy. LOL. I might be able to get a number to a decision maker. I’ll post back tomorrow.

Sounds like they are in deep, huh? They will lose more value…these homes aren’t getting any newer, are they? Maybe Conseco is getting ready to sell to some other corporation, and they want them to take the hit?

I was given a number for the man who works this part of Missouri, and the number for another agent, neither has returned 2 calls. Conseco must need to stall for some reason? I wonder if a call to the right “oversight agency” might hurry them along?
