My husband and I saw an ad for some commercial land for sale at auction in a couple of weeks- it is prime commercial land- 22 acres- near a major mall etc, etc. The minimum bid is $100,000. Ok- we have NO experience with auctions whatsoever and don’t even know where to begin. Does anyone have any experience with these?

How does it work and generally, what kinds of people attend these auctions. Does the minimum bid come anywhere close to the actual sale price usually? I feel really niave :slight_smile:
