Nope, guess not. The page says show only free plans but out of the five only two can be viewed without buying the program. Even getting to see one is helpful…

Does anyone have a REI business plan??? - Posted by Jay
Posted by Jay on April 15, 2003 at 02:19:48:
Does anybody have a real estate investor business plan they wouldn’t mind letting me view? I’m in a business planning class at school, and have no idea what type of information I need to put in it as an investor. If you have one, please email it to me! I’d REALLY appreciate it. At the moment I’m stuck. Thanks, Jay

I’m in the process of creating a business plan myself, can you send me a copy so I can compare it to mine, or use it as a guideline.

Todd, I am about to complete the purchase my first MHP and I would be interested at how you setup your business plan as well. Is it something you give to the banks, or do you prepare a seperate plan for each property? Also, what kind of investing do you do? Thanks for sharing if you do so.
Ryan

Does that mean that you want me to pay to check it out? I’m so far behind in this class because I don’t know what all to put into my plan, that I’d consider it. Let me know how much you want please, and if I have it, I’ll pay. Thanks, Jay

Mike,
I own a copy and do not recommend it but they do have sample plans. I could have just as easily refered you to this link but they are no sample plans to see just great information and a free template.
http://www.businessplans.org/plan.asp
There is no one plan fits all out there. Even the formats are different but the required types of content are identical regardless of the type of business.
A good plan will take one weeks to perfect if just working on it part time. Properly done though its like having the key to the banker’s vault when adjusted to the market that the bank serves.
