I am buying a 100+ units apartment building with most of it being vacant. I am trying to create a to do list with everything I need to do to it.

For example

Living room
Replace carpet y/n
Outlets/Switches y/n
Blinds

etc for interior and exterior. If anyone has something like this it would be totally appreciated if I could get it and save me tons of time so I do not have to create it for my workers.
