Do you have any idea what you’ve lucked into?
If you’re new to real estate investing, you have just found the most important resource in existence. I was where you are now. I, too, wondered if REI was all hype. Self-proclaimed gurus are everywhere…some in prisons. How can you tell if this stuff really works?
Stick around here, and absorb. If you have the tenacity to stick with it and learn, overcome your fears, and actually try (instead of analyze forever), you’ll experience a whole new world. It doesn’t come easily, or overnight. But, if you persevere, it will come.
You are VERY lucky, and some day you’ll realize it.
