Thank you for the quick feedback. Judi and I will give you a call in the next few weeks to discuss. Have you heard of Bill Gatten and his NARS Pactrust system? We are sitting in on a seminar this weekend in Columbus - it is basically using the land trust concept for liability protection and profit.

Hi,

My wife and I are new to the real estate investment game. We have been reading a lot and the land trust method of buying and selling seems very interesting and do-able. We are considering buying the materials by William Bronchick, J.D.

A few questions:

  • do you know of anyone using this method in Ohio?
  • do you know any attorneys in central Ohio (Columbus area) that would be experienced with this?

Thanks, Jon Bradham

Land trusts work in OH, though many attorneys and title companies are unfamiliar with them. I live in Findlay, will move to Columbus (either Pickerington or Delaware) in 2003 and am there about every other weekend- I have mobile homes in Marysville. Call me at (419) 427-2316 to discuss.
