Why not do a self directed IRA group? I have seen a presentation by Mid-ohio securities about this, I just haven’t had the time to do it…

Hey everyone…one question I have is if I have a group of people who want to invest good sums of money in our real estate projects, do I need to set up a pooled ‘fund’ where we would ‘collect’ the money and then when the opportunity comes we can invest it? is that the best way of doing things?
