An auctioneer is considered an agent selling property. Just as you don’t need a license to sell your own real estate, you do if you are selling someone else’s.

Whether it is the 5-day method (ie. Bill Effros) or held by a licensed auctioneer (ie. Jeff Kaller). Do they get a buyer FAST? Your opinion is appreciated!!

As you know, Kendra is the new apprentice picked to oversee the build and sale of the Donald’s 100MM mansion. I wouldn’t be suprised if she auctioned it, but I doubt she will use Bill, Jeff or lest we forget - the imitable Marco. Just my hunch.
