I heard that with SCAD expanding things have really increased in value already. I was also told that the REI club was no more, people have been calling ours asking about coming down to the meetings. However now that I think about it at our last meeting I did hear that one is being formed up there, sorry I do not have any details on it but if I hear any more I’ll let you know.

As I was driving down Glendale Road today in Phoenix and saw the billboard with the sign of this headline.
My first inclination is that the person who took out this ad would be a perfect person to contact to get their client list as a possible real estate seller. Or just have the the office allow you to leave your business cards or possibly give a recommedation.
Also in Az. saw lots of ads for rental apts. with all kinds of incentives including free rent, etc. In Pa. the rental market is not so competitive.
Welcome to our HOT state! In more ways than one! If you are here through Sunday, be sure to pick the Sunday’s paper - ARizona Republic and pull out the Real Estate Section! You’ll see much competition in there as far as L/O, Rent to Own, and the We Buy Houses Ads! Also, stop by one of our Auctions at the County Court house. It’s at 2:00PM Monday - Friday.
How long are you in town? Business or pleasure? Either way, hope you enjoy your visit.
We are in Mesa, if you pass this way, let us know.
I’m not sure about Phoenix, I know Mesa is approx 400,000. Phoenix is much more. My husband knows, but he’s asleep right now!
4 ads?? Did you look in the Real Estate Wanted section? and Financial Services? Plus today is Thursday, no good grocery ads. Friday’s ads will have more, but Sundays ads the last time I counted has 33 We Buy Houses Ads. That was on June 8th.
So how long are you here for? You are enjoying the 109’?? Oh I get it, “It’s a dry heat!” right?? LOL
Wow! A nostalgia slam early in the morning! I grew up in Glendale (west side of Phoenix) and it’s a kick to read about places I know. I’m considering a move back west from Savannah, and my home town is one of the places I’m thinking about. Thanks for the AZ-touch.
Savannah is beautiful and I have enjoyed my time here. And it’s probably a great area for REI, what with the DaimlerChrysler plant going in locally. Wish I knew what I was doing REI-wise. Any REI groups near here that you know of? The only Savannah group that I can find reference to appears to have disbanded.
Here’s hoping for a break in the humidity this weekend.
