The rental market here is definitly improving after 5 years of some challenging times.

I’m moving to Denver and would like to learn what those in Denver think about the current state of the rental market there for single family houses, duplexes, three and four unit properties. I know it was rough for a while but the vacancy rate is supposed to be improving.
