IMHO if you worried about liability, have a lawyer for the LLC to make sure all the I’s are dotted. You would want someone coming around later and piercing the entity.
Or have atty do one and cut/paste the naes for the others.
Anyone heard about the Delaware Series LLC? Trying to find the cheapest way to form separate entities for 10+ rental properties (30 units)and the low cost seems appealing but not sure about liability protection .
