Any views on which is better? I’m setting up my rental properties so that each is owned by a local LLC. All the local LLCs are then in tunr owned by either a Delaware or Nevada LLC. I just can’t decide which is better, easier to work with, offers the greatest protection, etc. Any opinions and suggestions would be appreciated.
