Have an attorney in Florida promoting this. Sounds like a deed in lieu of foreclosure just called something different.

Any comments?

Know the attorney promoting this as well. I’ve been working something similar myself, but his “dir” doesn’t have the same potency as a deed in lieu.

on one of the other boards he wouldn’t give any details. but i guess your post made him brave.

personnally i think this “dir” is just a bunch of bull. he can’t do anything. tries to negotiate with your lender and runs the clock while doing it with no guarantee. the new law in fl may change that.
