what you know about this.
I posted this back in February and you replied recently and I was hoping to get it back close to the top of board.
All I know is that it is suspose to be some way to try to get around foreclosure.
Thanks.
if anyone else has comments on this I would be interested.

Jason seemed to have actual knowledge of the issue. Or he was just saying he did.
suggesting that I google “deed in …” is a waste, why bother answering.
Why? Because you asked for help… - Posted by Sparks

Steve,
This board is all about helping people. You asked for help. I gave it.
Obviously, you didn’t bother to follow my suggestion, so I’ll try again but I’ll leave it up to you to connect the dots. (It took me about, maybe, 20 seconds to find the lead you were looking for)
So, step by step, here’s your answer…
On this board, do a search for the guy’s last post. I think you’ll find it on 5/15 if your search button doesn’t work.
Put your cursor on the guys email address. See what pops up.
NOW, do what I suggested in my first post. You’ll find the lead you are looking for in the very first hit. Not convinced? Check out the second hit and you can even see the guy’s picture!
You’re welcome…

because I want to see if Jason has any info - Posted by steve

or is just a saleman for the attorney in Fort myers that is trying to promote this idea of a deed in reduction.
if you look at the info a google search reveals, you will find it is very thin. They want your money. This deed in reduction is nothing more than a deed in lieu of foreclosure, where this attorney tries to save some of your credit, but does NOT guarantte it will work. Further he gets the up front fee of $2500 - $5000 and when it is spent based on his hourly rate, he wants more money.
Maybe this is why Jason does not post a reply.
But, Sparks, thanks for your reply.
Yep, but on the other hand… - Posted by Sparks

Steve,
Agreed. The info is VERY thin and from appearances, seems to be a fairly expensive D-I-Y for the homeowner facing foreclosure.
The website itself doesn’t even display properly on my browser(IE7). Go figure.
As for “J,” he’s a RE agent in Ft. Myers. (Google, again). Dunno his relationship to the attorney, but obviously they are both in the RE biz.
And as for why he hasn’t replied on this board, it may be because the CREonline folks take a very dim view of those posts which steer readers to other websites offering untested or unknown products.

point well taken.
what many broker/realtors/investors do is tell people upside down to call this attorney, then usually after hearing the attorney bs they will call back the broker/realtors/investor and do whatever they want to try because don’t want to pay attorney fee.
So, this J person wants it both ways. And his address on state licensing site shows Lehigh Acres address, where the market really sucks.
