Has anyone ever used the “Debt-Free & Prosperous Living” course by, John Cummuta? The course says, that people can become debt-free on their current incomes w/in 5-7 yrs., and this includes a home mortgage.

I have not used the particular course you mention, but I have looked at several books and courses on the subject, and it usually boils down to you doing these two things :
Increase your income.
Decrease your liabilities.
If you do these two things continually, you will become debt free. Most of these courses concentrate on the liability reductions. That most often means selling your current home, and moving into something much smaller. We could all payoff the smaller mortgages in much less time.
Just my opinion.
