Mary, I concur with Jack-E, study plus take action & you will save yourself a lot of guru-fees. I am not trying to bad mouth any of the gurus, (but some I should), but once your active in the game, you will find that a lot of what they offer for a fee you can get just by taking action and reading these sites. But always remember if you feel you must pay, what can cost $29.95 can also cost you $4400, but regardless what you pay, if it causes you to take action (which is free by the way), its a lot better than paying $150,000+ for college only to beg, excuse me, apply for a job to someone who did not go to college, but took (action). Good luck, Don’t give up, and God bless you both. Patrick

Is this program for real? Is it worth $4400? I am too scared to put that much more on my already large credit load. Is this the only way? They reduced it to $2200k, said they wanted to use my future success stories on TV and such.

Mary, I have watched Deans infomercial many times and just today thought I’d order his book for I think $29.95, just for a source for more ideas. You just saved me from spending that money because anyone selling a book at that price just to pull you in to purchasing a course, which most do, for the money you mentioned isn’t worth wasting my time. Overcome the fear and get started investing slowly, using common sense. Should you make a mistake, which we all do, consider that part of the cost of educating yourself. Save your money for investing. Many Gurus on this site are only out to sell you their course. There is no need to bury yourself like many have. Investing is easy and you can build a great financial future if you don’t get in a hurry or get greedy. As friends and family learn you are in to investing, they will lead you to deals. The ones you know care about you are the people to trust, and they will definately help you when they hear of a deal. I just had a neighbor’s sister tell me about a house next to her that a gentleman in Arkansas wanted to sell. I bought it for $15,000.00, sold some furniture and gave some away and sold the property for $30,000.00 within five weeks without touching it. It happens!! Jump In!! Good Luck. Bob P.S.

Mary, Mary. No program by any so called guru is worth $4400 or $2200. These are all designed to part the unknowing from their hard earned money. They will promise you anything and deliver almost nothing. If you are really interested in investing, then read any thing you can on the subject from free books in your library and everything on this site, several times over. It will cost you almost nothing and you will be way ahead of any Guru’s offerings. Nothing is as easy as they try to make it out. It’s just like anything else that is worth anything in life, if you really want it you just have to do it on mostly your own initiative, with a little, mostly free help, from other people who care. If you really want it, get out there and do it! and don’t take anyone’s no for an answer. Don’t give up! Good luck and if there is anything we can do to help, post it here. Jack

Thanks for the info. All gurus tell you about the riches, but not the downfall side of it. Doing R.E.as you said is much better.Have been planning to get into either vacant homes and/or mobile homes. Thanks again.
