Have you looked into preforeclosures and foreclosures in Seattle? I here the market is ripe for buying distressed properties right now.

Hello All!
Just read through Stephen Cook’s info on wholesaling/retailing. I have noticed many, many for sale signs in my area(suburbs of Seattle and Seattle proper). I mostly see that the houses are being sold by RE agents. Should I assume that if it is being sold by an agent, the people selling have lots of equity? I have also noticed FSBO signs mostly for 2bedroom houses. Are two bedrooms worth pursuing as many retailers prefer 3bdrm 2bath. Any guidance would be appreciated, as I am hungry to do my first deal.
Thanks,
Natasha

Why not come to the REAPS (your local REIA) meeting on November 2oth, the last one of the year and find out from fellow investors?
