Hello -

I am researching investing in MH’s. I will get Lonnie’s
books soon (where can I get them from?). After reading
some posts it seems that many people have to become
dealers (with all the requirements). It would also seem
that Lonnie (I am told) reccomends it.

Could someone explain to me why it is reccomendable to
operate this business as a Dealer?

You can purchase the books from the web site we’re currently on.
Re: the dealer license. It is not particularly an advantage to become a dealer, it is required by law. Many states only allow you to do a few deals at most before you MUST become a dealer.
