From the Accounting point of view the LLC is the best way to own real estate properties, but check you accountant and resl estate atty. they are the best source of advice.

Advise Please
Have 3 DBA’s want to set up either a S corp or LLC and use one of the DBA’s as an entity under the new corp/LLC.
The DBA will be used for an internet business.
Can I still buy real estate to flip and hold under the new corp/LLC also?
Or should I set up more than one?
These will be out of Michigan.
