Date it’s chartered by the Secretary of State…heck, you might “create” it on your desk and leave it there for 6 months before finally getting it to the S of S for chartering.

Until the S of S has chartered and entered it on their books, it’s legally non-existent.

Is the date of a corp creatoin the date I originate it and the articles of incorp or the date the state dates its certificate recognizing it?
