Dallas, Tx. has one of the lowest median price ranges around.
The small Investor can make it in any market given the right knowledge.

I am finding that SFH properties in Dallas, TX are rather expensive compared to other areas. Large multifamily apartments dominate the market and tend to price the small investor out of the market. Has anyone used CS methods in this area and with a break even cash flow or better?
