Hi all.
First I wanted to say thanks to everyone who posts here. I have learned so much from reading the posts and articles on this site! As a result I have lined up my first lease option deal. I have most of the paperwork in order but the course I have does not have an example of a CYA form to get the sellers to sign. I wondered if anyone had an example of one that I could use. I found one for a subject to deal, and I could just modify that if need be, but I hoped someone here had one that might be a little better than what I could come up with at this point in my investing “career.”
