I was wondering if his real estate course is worth taking. I heard it is a fraud since it is no money down. I thought since you have been a student for 3 years you could give Me an honest assessment of the course and of Sheets

Hello sebastian. I was looking for someone in the NY area who had gone through the cs course & has begun their investing career. I have gone through the course several times myself. I think it helps to get familiar with people in youur local market place when investing. I"m curious have you bought any properties using his course/ideas? Are you an active investor? I have bought one property aprox. 4 years ago using some creative techniques. In the last couple of years though I’ve just been working trying to build a career (outside of realestate). I have finally decided that I am going to get back to doing what facinates me.
