I live in Orlando and have received seller financing type deals in the very recent past. Not every seller has to have all cash at closing. Look for motivated sellers.

I do appreciate any advice/experience that current users of Sheets’ program might offer on the viability of it in r/e markets that are Up. The Houston area is such a market. Properties (Listed) sell very quickly.
If you have had success using Mr. Sheets’ system in such markets, I would like to hear from you. I am so close to ordering his program, but can not afford to waste money on a program that won’t work in a particular market…
And, will the program work on Mobile Home/Manufactured Home deals as well as traditional residential homes/multi-plexes?
