…without any of the nudity! Yes, it is safe to bring your (older) kids to the convention. They will be surrounded by some of the finest people I know.

Good role models who don’t have to stoop to cheap crass theatrics to get noticed. (Yes, bandit signs and truck billboards are arguably OK!) Appropriate for all ages and experiance levels. Are you going to make excuses or money this year?

Thanks in advance to JP and Terry for what is sure to be another class event. Wishing the NFL and networks would learn to take a page from your book!

While the speakers will be great, how late do they go? I hear there are some wild…uhhh, ‘gentlemen’s clubs’ in Atlanta.

but I doubt, that you will convince a lot of guys to leave the hotel, other than maybe picking up a lot of six-packs to keep in the hotel room to party with when the hotel bar closes down.

These people would rather stay up late talking about real estate than watching naked women.

Sad!

There is plenty of excitement to be had, if you like talking RE, without having to go out for anything else. Roundtable night alone will keep you up well past midnight.

You can find ANYTHING you’re looking for in Atlanta, but if this year is anything like previous years you will have to cut out early on some of the events to party - and forget about sleeping as well as keeping your alcohol consumption to a minimum.

because you get a cut of the gate…

Oh wait… that was someone else’s line last week…

So you swear that you don’t get a cut of the gate…? LOL Phil, it will be fun to catch up with you and the rest of the gang there in Atlanta.

Attending the Conv is probably some of the best bang for your educational dollar. You get to stand and chat with successful investors, and gurus alike, face to face, beer to beer… If you can’t make that work for you to infuse whatever your investing program is lacking, whether it be motivation, ideas, techniques, new angles on this business or whatever you seek, then you possibly should be seeking another endeavor other than RE investing.

I am looking forward to learning some hot ideas, chating with some old friends and acquaintenaces, meeting some new ones, drinking some cheap  red wine with JP and Ed Garcia, and also just being away to recharge the batteries…

See you there…

Maybe we could convince the powers that be to add strippers between speakers. I bet they would get an even bigger crowd next year.

years in a row… My bar bill alone exceeded… $1500.00… and then add to it sleep deprivation… I usually got in on Wednesdays… Left on Mondays… and had about 7 to 15 hours of sleep during that whole time… And we never left the hotel… It’s a good place to be, especially for new investors…
