We have been using a company named Reality Check, LLC. They provide scored credit reports and the reports illustrate bankruptcies, evictions etc. Credit reports cost $10.00 and there are no sign up or monthly fees. They provide same day service, 7 days a week. These guys are really great! They help you understand the report and will spend time with you to make sure you are making a good decision.
They also provide a nationwide criminal and sex offender search for only $15.00. There are discounts that apply but I can’t remember what they are. Check out their website at 4realitycheck.net.
