If your information is original you won’t have to worry about infringements. Make sure you provide helpful info, and again as long as you don’t plagerize other works yours will be protected, but you should still get your work copyrighted

I just started the process of doing short sales and one thing I would like to provide the homeowners is information on credit repair, rebuilding your credit, and other options. Especially if I can not help them through a short sale, I would like to provide them with something to help.

I thought about creating my own pamphlets, but I know there are copyright laws etc.

Any suggestions.
