No you can invest in RE without credit. In fact by doing deals without cash or credit is what you should strive for. Real world you will miss out on some very good deals without cash or credit. Building a great credit score should be an on going activity thorughout your life. It brings cheaper money and more oppertunities.

Hey Stevie,

Like max said, you don’t need to have great credit to be successful. However, it does help out a lot.

If you are doing commercial, credit scores do not matter as much.

I have a few great methods that will help you improve your credit.
