I even see the way the people at the REIA meeting gladly accept new members and knowledge to the new people which is reaffirming the previous statements…
if thats the case-
WHY THE HELL ARENT I GETTING ANY CALLS FROM MOTIVATED SELLERS? (Ok, I have gotten a couple, but they were lost causes, one was 12 months behind on payments, and the other was 1/2 way to indianapolis (I’m in cincinnati Ohio))
I know I just started my ad campaign a month ago, and just a couple of weeks ago put out poster road signs looking for people with no equity or in forclosure. I also been hitting up the local supermarket billboards with my tear-off number flyers. But I should be getting more than just a couple of calls over a 30 day period? either I been lied to, or the market in cincinnati ohio reeks for creative realestate investing.
Please OH PLEASE tell me about the other ways I can advertise on a low-low-low(Did I mention low?)-budget. any tricks/secrets whatever. I’m getting quite impatient…
