Just send a letter to the address and see if they respond. If not…send it certified.
The tax records may show a forwarding address. If none of that works you can do a title search to see if there is any leins or title changes. It may be in an estate also.

I found a one in a life time shortsale oppurtunity. This is a house worth $140,000 which I can buy for $85,000. The only problem is the owner abondoned the property and I cannot find them anymore. Their names are

I will appreciate if anybody can assist me to find this couple. Does anybody have any recommendation which might give me their e-mails or phone numbers? I have seen very pricey search websites and they are asking for too much and their information is mostly wrong or outdated
