Are you the same person that posted about this a while back? If so, I can’t believe you are still dealing with this!
When your boyfriend leaves the house just take the cats for a nice long ride and let them loose! Problem solved! No more cats! Hey, I don’t know what happened to them, they must have gotten out of the house and haven’t come back!
You are correct, it is your house as well. So another choice is for you to go get yourself a nice large mean dog! Then let it loose in the house! No more cats! It’s your house too! So if he can have cats you can have your own pets as well!
Have him leave! Buy his share out. Or have him refinance to buy your share out.
If that don’t work, then sell the house, split the proceeds and go your seperate ways.
If that won’t work, take him to court and force a partition sale where the house has to be sold. Then he has no choice but to either sell his half to you, or buy your half from you, or just sell the house and move on!
If it were me, I’d just get rid of the cats myself! What’s he going to do? Leave you over it??? Bye!
