I think Ron * Starr has the best advice in his “Be your own mentor” posts. Read the articles and money-making ideas on site. Search the archives for topics of interest. This is no little task.
After you’ve done all that, you’ll be ready to determine what specialized course you really need.

Help! There are so many course offered on this site, I don’t know which one to select. I’m looking to get into rei and need a step by step guide, on not only how to find motivated sellers, but also a crash course on how to analyze and come up with solutions for deals that I’ve found. To sum it up, I need a step by step guide that spells everything out from start to finish. Does anyone have any recommendations.
