There is no such animal in GA statewide. Some of the individual counties are online (primarily in the ATL area)

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is, or what is, the state website that lists the individual property tax rolls (by county), ie, property valuation, phase in value, previous owner, current owner, sale amount, square footage, bedrooms/bathrooms etc? I usually use this to verify who is on the deed, and to get comps of the area/street. Here in GA it is the State Department of Assessments and Taxation. Through searching the net I have not been able to find such a thing for GA. I really need to find it, if it exists (I know there must be something), so as always, any help will be appreciated!
