It is going to vary by region. A local engineering firm that prepares subdivision plats/plans should be able to help. In my area the cost is $275-$325/ linear feet of street.

Anyone familiar with cost to run water/sewer/electric per linear ft. in a subdivision? Lots about 90 ft. wide. Thanks!

Water 1" pipe lateral $13.80 per lin foot
Water Meter 60’ OC $400 each
Sewage I would need to know 4" or 6"? Vitrified Clay, Cast Iron or Plastic?
Gas 3/4" lateral $9.90 per lin foot
Electric underground lateral $24.85 per lin foot

These numbers are the base numbers if you let me know the state/city I will give you the regional/local add on’s to these numbers to really get in line. Keep in mind these numbers are for contractors that have regular deals going with the subs. If you have a one time deal of a couple of lots your doing your prices might be alot higher.
