something you may consider doing is putting up modular multi units. I think they go up to 4 units. Imagine how many you could put on 1 acre of land. Also, you have a savings of generally 25-30% with modular homes. No they are not singlewide or doublewide mobile homes either!

I’ve seen a couple of opportunities to build apartments raw or expandable and have no idea what it would cost. Could anyone give me a ballpark estimate for the southeast, not including land in either per unit or square foot cost.
