Hello everyone,

This is my first post. I’m a newbie and have already read DOW and Making Money with Mobile Homes.

My questions are:

  1. In California, specifically Riverside and San Bernadino counties what are the costs of buying and selling a mobile home?

  2. Are some fee’s customary for the buyer and or seller to pay?

  3. Do I need to use an escrow company and or attorney’s?

When looking for info on MH dealing in Ohio, I did a search for OHIO in this forum’s message archive. Found everything I needed to get my specific overview.

Out of curiosity, I just tried CALIFORNIA, 256 results, the first page alone appears to answer your questions…
